Mizzi & Alcorra

Hello! Meet Mizzi & Alcorra, two girls from opposing worlds their designs are by the old flash "girl games" vibe (think sparkles, rainbows and over the top magical SFX).
Acting as PM I oversaw the execution of the project while working as a 2D artist and 3D modeler.

Responsibilities

Project Manager

Team communication, task delegation, prioritization, tracking and timely completion. Implemented organised practices to keep team members informed or project status.

Co-Art Director

Maintaining visualcohesion and scope control to ensure project completion. Familiar with the entire games production pipeline, contributing to all aspects of game design.

3D Modelling

Accurately followed given concept design with a proactive creative mindset to solve 2D problems with 3D solutions. Creating high-quality assets for in-game and 3D print useage.

Documentation and Marketing

Documented all developments and plans to support team understanding and learning for future members and Marketing Documents for public.
